Where is my UI check...they sent me this letter?

if you filled out all the forms you should get a check for week 2-21 and 2-28 and 3-6 but I don't know where they are. are you supposed to call in every week with updates? actually send in claim forms each week? Maybe they aren't processed yet? strange.
