I am 19 years old and I have been in NYC since 1994?

I was brought here with relatives. My immediate relatives are dirt-poor and are living in Trinidad. I am a college student. I came here on a B2 visa which was only 6 months and expired in 1995. Since then I have not left the country, I just stay in NY and go to school. Is there any possible way for me to become a legal resident...or anything? Or should i just buy a plane ticket to Trinidad and ist my mother in sweeping floors?
