Looking for my fathers love child?

My father David (deceased) had a love child with a lady named Olive in 1970-1971, in Belfast, nth Ireland. I would love to meet my other brother or at least say hello. How would I find him with only this small amount of information. My mother knows more details, but I don't want to hurt her more.
