Why does the right usually hate the working cl?

not just in the US but all over the world. why is it always the right of the spectrum that bring in laws aimed to crush unions and to make worker conditions unfair. for example the WorkChoices program that was brought in by the Howard government in Australia that trampled all over the employees rights at right. In regards to the US the anti union attitude is quite amazing aswell. So why doesnt the right want the working cl to have a fair go and insist we must all be in a ruthless competition with each other just to earn minimum wage in dead end jobs?
