Idle speed problem. pls help anything you can?

The carb is probably responding to the increased load on the carb from the air conditioning. Try having the idle turned up just a hair. The drag from the compressor may be pulling it down enough to negatively affect the vacuum making it surge trying to maintain the correct idle. Good luck!!
