If you have Adobe Photoshop CS2, how do you edit/crop part of a pix and reconstruct it? a trick to slim pixes.

I can't seem to find out how to crop a part of pix and reconstruct it to make a picture look slim and toned. Thanx to whom may help me on this one, ur help is greatly appreciated!!
