My gf not horney anymore!?

Ok weve been together for 10 months now and usually, ok were quite a horney couple haha, but 2 day she admits to me she hasnt felt horney for the past week, now i know you lot are saying soo, its only a week, and i agree but, ive noticed in her that shes just not turnd on much anymore. i mean when i touch her and we get intimate she gets turnd on and horney but, when we talk stuff she dont get horny anymore, and shes not doing things anymore, she used to get easily turnd on but now no. why is that? is it me? she says its not, she juz says maybe because shes had a lot of stress. but she hasnt really. am i juz making a big dael out of nothing? help any ideas on how to get her hornyess back? or make her horney again?
