SBC self support tool internet connection?

Hi. I restarted my computer and then while the desktop was loading up something got deleted by itself.... I honestly didnt delete anything..... Somethiing out of no where just started deleting........ And that that file was the SBC self support tool. So i cancled the deletion and now i cant go online.... I have enternet connection, but for some reason it has problem going on the internet without t he sbc thing.... Does anyone know what i can do?? On top of that while i was trying to fix things and figure things out i accidently removed the SBC installation. And i cant go online on my computer to download or install another one and i have no idea what to do.... Can someone please please pelase help me out here?? =((( SBC number or a site for download/installation would help.... Thank you if you could help!!
