I understand why shelton isn't used but why not carlito?

he has good wrestling skills he has mic skills he gets heel from the crowd yet his always losing from jeff to ric flair to hhh and that hart foundation kid and his theme song is like the worst of all top midcarders go listen to shelton,mvp,matthardy,elijah burke,kane,mr.kennedy and this is avoiding the main eventer theme songs like cena,hhh and hbk theme song and try to tell me carlito theme song is neer as good as any one of them. jeff,flair,hhh and that hart foundation kid should be losing to carlito not the other way around
