Just wondering if you could help me out here?

Okay so I had a blighted ovum back in September. I had my DNC on September 12. I got my first period 24 days later on October 6th. Today is day 29 of my cycle. Still no period but I took a test yesterday morning and it was negative. Could I be pregnant and it is just too soon to get a positive or could my period still be off track even tho i got it early last month? The only sign I could possibly have right now is that I have zits popping up all over my face. When I was in the first 3-7 weeks last time I had them everywhere and they did finally clear up but now they're back. Just a little insight would be helpful. I would love to be preggers again but i don't want to get too excited bc i could not be and if I am there's still a chance something could go wrong this time around too. Thanks so much.
