How do I get an offensive webite shutdown?

Someone in yahoo answers provided a link to a very racially offensive website that I want to get shut down. It shows that it has two websites exactly the same (one is .com and one is .org) just in case one gets shut down. well I'd like to be the person to get both taken care of but I do not know how to go about making that happen.
