I punched myself in the stomach really hard and now i taste blood...?

as for the reason why i did it,i wanted to punish myself for something i did...anyways,i punched myself realy hard in the stomach,so hard that i actually lost the energy in my legs and i had almost fell to the floor,well i was slouching against the wall while i was going down...anyways.... is it bad that i taste blood? well i actually spit up some of it,cuz the taste was annoying me,so i just wanted to spit it out
