Work and live in Singapore or Paris?

I am currently working and living in Singapore, I am going to get an offer from Paris, France. I am a embedded software engineer, currently I am working more into product development, in Paris job I will be doing more of coordination than development. I am not able to make the decision if I have to move to Paris or continue in Singapore, in terms of living conditions, safety, money and personal growth.. Looking forward for suggestions, please help
