What do I do about rude and vulgar kids in my neighborhood?

Most neighborhoods include an ociation where there are regular meetings. Bring this issue up at that meeting. If you have no ociation, creating some kind of a neighborhood watch program would be of benefit to this neighborhood. Here, you can voice your matters and put pressure on those creating havoc.
